Nextel BlackBerry 7520 headset has a button that direct remote connection?

I'm trying to find a Bluetooth headset for permanently installed on a car that is compatible with the Direct Connect feature on a BlackBerry 7520. While I understand that the direct connection of audio will be more of a hands-free Bluetooth adapter, I'm trying to find one that also has a remote control button to push to talk not physically have to press the one on the phone (like maybe a foot). I know that that there are headphones, but I'm really looking for something that is installed on a vehicle, not the ear a person. Thank you!

I regret to say that while I was working for a local Nextel dealer we could not find a disk to install the kit of any of our BlackBerry. The problem is that all Blackberry Nextel have an external antenna, neither team made to an external antenna. They make them for the units in the PCS and cellular, but not for iDEN. I do not know if I could modify one of these or not, I will always try, but never did. Good Luck!
