IPhone OS 3.0 for iPod touch 2G allow a Bluetooth headset microphone?

I know it's A2DP profile that is only one output stereo audio, but based on what I saw on the Bluetooth chip in the iPod touch 2G there is no reason why a simple Bluetooth headset could not function. The question is whether the iPhone OS 3.0 enables or not.

I'm pretty sure it does.
