WAP
WAP allows service providers to separate content and only be sent to the mobile terminal information from the user's needs. The possibilities of WAP are enormous. Basically, anything you can do on the Internet can now be accessed via your WAP cell phone.
Users of WAP Wireless Mark-Up Language (WML) – a language similar to HTML Navigation that has been specially designed for devices with small screens. Based on Extensible Markup Language (XML), the WML language can be considered as a text-on However, reduced version of HTML – displayed without the complexities of managing sources, tables, applets or client-side JavaScript / VBScript. This provides support to navigation, the data entry, links, text and presentation of images and shapes. All the user needs is a WAP compatible with the GSM phone.
The global symbol for mobile services is the WWW: MMM. The symbol guarantees the service or product is compatible with the Wireless Application Protocol. WAP is a standard free license that allows users to access and surf the Internet from any WAP enabled mobile device, including cell phones and assistants Personal Digital Assistants (PDA).
WAP users will not browse the website to the website as they do now on the Internet. The technology is designed to make information sites again and pass on the more limited bandwidth available on mobile networks.

Co-founded by Nokia, Ericsson, Motorola and Unwired Planet, WAP Forum organization represents over 90% of phone market mobile carriers and has more than 100 million subscribers, major infrastructure providers, software developers and other organizations providing solutions for the mobile industry.
The handset manufacturers are focusing on the development of open source software, the generic products and platforms based on the WAP standard in order to develop products based on WAP technology, mobile solutions for enterprises and end-user applications in selected segments.
Bluetooth
Bluetooth wireless technology enables low-cost radio link between short-range laptops, mobile phones and other portable devices. This means that users can connect to a wider range of computing and telecommunications devices without wires.
Bluetooth is the code name for the radio chip developed by Ericsson, IBM, Nokia, Intel and Toshiba. Bluetooth-enabled devices contain a transmitter-receiver microchip that transmits and receives in a frequency band not previously used the 2.45 GHz that is available worldwide. Its small size allows easy integration in a variety of devices with negligible power consumption at low cost.
Data updated on one device is transferred to all devices as automatic and smoothly – no wires, no docking station, no problem. Bluetooth also allows automatic synchronization of a desktop PC and mobile PDA and mobile phone. So, as soon as a user enters an office, the address list and calendar in your notebook automatically be updated according to the one on the desktop, and vice versa.
