Online where I can download drivers for my Jabra Bluetooth to my Verizon phone cell?

Since I got a new computer with Vista on it, which totally sucks by the way, I had to download driver after driver, but can not find one of my Jabra bluetooth for my Verizon phone I plug in my USB port and nothing happens. Like my printer and my Zen MP3 player. Lexmark printer and Zen I had to download the drivers to work. But you can not find for my bluetooth dirvers

you do not need specific drivers for the bluetooth phone – simply connect the dongle and let Windows use own drivers bluetooth
