Motorola HS820 Bluetooth Headset LED light problem?
My HS820 Bluetooth Headset will not turn off. The blue light stays on permanently. I hold the talk button and nothing happens. The blue LED light remains on. How can I fix this? Should I let the battery wear out or try to re – placed in the charger. The flashing light or habit of turning off or anything jus stays light blue as its frozen.
Not sure what you mean when say you pull down the "TALK" button, but I guess I meant the on / off button. If so, the light should only stay on when the load. If after loading about you probably have in the synchronization mode or defects. When you turn, you must open and close several times quickly, now we go the button and be … blinks every few seconds. Holding down the button after the rapid blinking will go to sync mode. If you've done that before and still then you need to return to their place of purchase for an exchange. Hope this helps.
